MINISTRY of Information Media Director and Spokesperson Thabo Kawana says the brand new motor vehicle he gifted his wife as a Christmas gift was purchased with a car loan. Kawana has since apologised to the ruling party and members of the public who might have been reminded of the days when leaders flaunted their “ill-gotten wealth” to a struggling majority.
