INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has insisted that it will be asking for too much to expect the UPND to correct past mistakes within 16 months of being in power. Milupi has, however, assured that things will be much better in the coming years, saying problems that were left by PF are being sorted out.
