TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) Chapter president Sampa Kalungu says Development Bank of Zambia shouldn’t infringe on the rights of workers for telling the truth at the expense of the bank. And Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) Board Chairperson Noel Nkhoma says management does what is expected of it because it is competent. DBZ has suspended three of its employees on charges that they testified in the case involving former bank managing director Samuel Bwalya. Emmanuel Simbeza, George Lumpa and Chanda Kambobe have been handed suspension letters dated February 10, 2023, signed by acting DBZ managing director Maybin Muyawala.
