THE United Nations (UN) has warned its staff that Tropical Cyclone Freddy is expected to make landfall in Zambia. And Minister of Green Economy and Environment Collins Nzovu says the cyclone will cause waterlogging and localised flooding due to saturated soil moisture. Meanwhile, Southern Province Provincial Meteorologist Victor Bupe has warned people against parking their cars underneath trees and encouraged citizens to stay indoors.
