INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says PF don’t want UPND to succeed, especially in terms of road development, because that diminishes their chances of bouncing back. In an interview, Milupi highlighted some of the roads which the PF left in what he termed as bad condition, assuring that they would be worked on. “I stand in Parliament literally every day to be questioned from all over the country, especially from their so-called strongholds [that] this road is like this, that road is like that.
