FORMER energy minister David Mabumba says PF deserves commendation for the newly commissioned Kafue Gorge Lower (KGL) Power Station. And Mabumba says contrary to President Hakainde Hichilema’s view, Zambia had a fantastic relationship with China when PF was in government.
