POLICE in Lusaka have detained APNAC Secretary General Munir Zulu. Last week, Zulu alleged that Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi and Finance and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane secretly appearing before the ACC and charged that they had each received US$250,000 bribes in relation to the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway project. His Lawyer, Jonas Zimba, has confirmed to News Diggers in an interview that Zulu was picked up late afternoon today and taken to Longacres Police. Zimba said police wanted the evidence which Zulu claimed he had on the two Ministers. “Yes, they have picked him up, he is at Longacres Police.
