MAKEBI Zulu Advocates have written to DPP Gilbert Phiri, inquiring about whether he has indeed commenced a court process to have various seized properties belonging former president Edgar Lungu’s wife Esther, and their children Tasila and Chiyeso, forfeited to the State. The lawyers, on behalf of the former first lady, Tasila and Chiyeso, have submitted that they have not been served with any such court process, and the state should, therefore, do what is decent and serve them the necessary process.
