TI-Z chapter president Sampa Kalungu says it is good that the Law Enforcement Agencies are alert in watching the movement of liquid and tangible assets. And Kalungu has, however, advised LEAs to work quickly, quietly and only announce certain cases when all is tightly and firmly done and ready to be delivered to the courts of law. On Wednesday, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) announced that they had restricted K28 million currently invested in treasury bills held by an individual who only suddenly acquired the said amount of money.
