FINANCE Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says Zambia would have had a different facelift if it was the UPND government that borrowed US$10 billion for the road sector. And Dr Musokotwane says K793 million was collected from three toll stations on the Great North Road in Kapiri Mposhi and Nakonde between September 2021 to August 2022.
