FORMER labour minister Joyce Simukoko says the high percentage of men who have accessed their partial withdraw compared to women can be attributed to lack of information about the process on the part of females. And Simukoko has insisted that most people who have accessed their NAPSA partial withdraw will live to regret their decision. Last Tuesday, Labour and Social Security Minister Brenda Tambatamba disclosed that 85 percent of the over 330,000 individuals who have so far received their NAPSA partial withdrawals were men.
