FORMER Law Association of Zambia president Eddie Mwitwa has backed calls by NGOCC to have a stand alone early referendum. On Tuesday, NGOCC asked government to facilitate a stand alone national referendum that should include an expanded bill of rights saying this would help to avoid partisan interests.
