PF Information and Publicity Chairperson Raphael Nakacinda has accused the UPND of instructing police in Mfuwe to block former president Edgar Lungu from attending the Malaila traditional ceremony. Lungu is in Eastern Province at the invitation of Senior Chief Nsefu of the Kunda speaking people, to attend the traditional ceremony which is being held at Luŵaneni arena, in Malambo Constituency.
