COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia General Secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya has expressed displeasure over the UPND government’s communication system. In an interview, Friday, Fr Chikoya said there were many conflicting positions from government officials on key matters like the airport gold saga. “On the government’s part, there’s been too much conflicting positions.
