GOVERNANCE activist Rueben Lifuka says the recent action by the DPP to enter a nolle prosequi in respect of five Egyptians and one Zambian involved in the gold scandal raises more questions than answers. On Friday, the Drug Enforcement Commission re-arrested two of the five Egyptians who were released together with Zambian businessman Osward Diangamo after the DPP entered a nolle prosequi in their favour.
