LUSAKA Lawyer Sakwiba Sikota says President Hakainde Hichilema should urgently clarify on his remarks that those that have taken what is not theirs will be “prosecuted and persecuted”. In his speech when he officially opened the Third Session of the 13th National Assembly, Friday, President Hichilema said the UPND administration would not hesitate to prosecute and persecute those that take what is not theirs for the greater good of the nation. “The forward march to progress and prosperity must continue, irrespective of any noise, irrespective of any shouting, irrespective of any threats.
