THE Southern Africa Network Against Corruption (SANAC) has called for the establishment of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) which will be an official body tasked with discovering and revealing past wrongdoing by either State or non-state actors. In a statement, Sunday, SANAC Executive Director Gregory Chifire said the country was in need of healing, adding that genuine reconciliation could never take place if those who committed the wrongs didn’t confess and ask for forgiveness. “Today, Zambia is more divided and polarised than she has ever been.
