JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe has advised the Southern Africa Network Against Corruption (SANAC) to first consult various stakeholders on its proposal for the establishment of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission before government can move in. On Sunday, SANAC called for the establishment of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission which would be an official body tasked with discovering and revealing past wrongdoing by either State or non-state actors.
