THE National Assembly has ratified the appointment of Roy Ngulube as Clerk of the National Assembly, Dr Pamela Sambo as Chairperson of the Human Rights Commission and Dr Tommy Namitondo as ACC Commissioner. Others include; Dr Felicity Kalunga, Panic Chilufya and Fr Joseph Komakoma as Human Rights Commission Vice Chairperson and Commissioners, respectively.
