GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa has urged members of parliament to desist from behaving in a disorderly manner both in the House and outside, including on social media and other platforms. Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile was on Friday last week ejected from the House after he admonished Second Deputy Speaker Moses Moyo for allegedly being biased against opposition MPs. Mundubile was seen angrily shouting and pointing fingers at Moyo after the presiding officer refused to admit his point of order.
