EMERITUS Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu says the UPND administration has continued to abuse state institutions for political purposes to get at individuals who have fallen out of favour. And Archbishop Mpundu has appealed to LAZ, the Church, Civil Society and Diplomatic Corps to take interest in the “creeping dictatorial tendencies” of the new dawn government.
