INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has questioned what former president Edgar Lungu meant when he said he holds no grudges, arguing that no one has wronged him. Last Wednesday, Lungu said he held no grudge against anyone who may have issued abusive words against him after he left office.
