PF member Makebi Zulu says former president Edgar Lungu made it clear when announcing his political comeback that he is willing to give up everything just to protect the country’s democracy. And Zulu, who is also a lawyer, argues that if retirement benefits are dependent on taking away someone’s right to associate, then such a provision is inconsistent with the Constitution.
