SIAVONGA UPND member of parliament Darius Mulunda has accused the Road Development Agency of neglecting the Kafue, Chirundu-Siavonga road, contributing to the continued fatal accidents being recorded. On Wednesday last week, Police in Siavonga recorded a fatal road traffic accident which occurred at Kamusau area along the Siavonga road which happened when a driver of a Ford Ranger who was driving from North to South, due to excessive speed failed to negotiate a curve and in the process lost control of the motor vehicle and careered off to the right of the road and fell into a ditch.
