GOVERNMENT, through ZCCM-IH, has officially signed agreements with Vedanta resources on the running of Konkola Copper Mines. And Mines and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says Vedanta must know that it is coming back to a marriage where the wife is very hurt and trust will have to be regained. Meanwhile, Vedanta says it’ll stand by all its commitments. The two parties have signed two agreements which are the implementation agreement and the revised shareholders’ agreement.
