CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has announced that the Access to Information Bill (ATI) has been taken to Parliament for further consideration, ratification and enactment. Meanwhile, Mweetwa says the Executive and President Hakainde Hichilema has no hand in the suspension of 19 PF and Independent Members of Parliament from the House. Mweetwa further notes that the intended impeachment motion of the speaker by the opposition MPs is a political programme that cannot see the light of day.
