MINISTER of Youth, Sport and Arts Elvis Nkandu says the UPND government has scored a distinction in terms of fulfilling its pledges because 80 percent of its promises have come to fruition. Nkandu says the new dawn administration is aware that people expected cheaper mealie meal and for fuel to cost less than K30 but says these are issues which are being worked on.
