TI-Z says it is perplexed that former president Edgar Lungu can today attempt to appear like an angel in the corruption fight when his reign coincided with some of the worst corruption scandals. The Transparency International Zambia, however, says the new dawn administration are not saints when it comes to graft fight as they have equally failed to put certain things in place such as the lifestyle audit legislation.
