SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda says it is unfortunate that government leaders think they know it all, to dismiss issues raised by the opposition. And Kaunda has mocked Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa’s complexion, saying it was the only thing that had improved under the UPND government.
