THE Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources has told the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) that it is in the process of reviewing the contract for the National Land Titling Programme with Medici Land Governance Limited and the World Bank. And National Land Titling Project Manager Emmanuel Tembo says there was need to conduct more due diligence before implementing the programme, but it is not necessarily a failure because 100,000 titled deeds have been issued in three years.
