LANDS Minister Elijah Muchima says President Hakainde Hichilema should actually double his trips because they bring value to the country. On Friday, former president Edgar Lungu said students could ask President Hichilema to cut down on his trips if government insisted that it couldn’t increase meal allowances further due to limited resources.
