HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo says the country is no longer receiving any new cholera cases in at the main treatment centre; Heroes Stadium. And Masebo says as of February 29, 2024, a total of 20,477 cumulative cases had been recorded across the country, with 19,650 discharges and 698 deaths. Meanwhile, Masebo says one million people have been vaccinated against cholera in the hotspot areas. Giving a Ministerial Statement in the National Assembly, Friday, Masebo, however, said cholera was not yet over. “I would like to reiterate that Cholera is not yet over. Although we are now in the epicentre receiving no new admissions in our main centre, zero admissions, zero discharges, zero deaths, we however still do have small numbers....
