POLICE says Charles Ngoma, a former Zesco employee committed suicide by setting himself ablaze using petrol at his residence after the Local Court ruled that he should divorce his wife. According to a statement, Tuesday, Police Public Relations Officer Rae Hamoonga said Ngoma died approximately 30 minutes after he was rushed to Matero Level One Hospital. “At 09:10 hours on March 5, 2024, Muwanjuni Police Post received a distressing report of a suicide incident from Mr Emmanuel Mutale, aged 42, a resident of Selengwe village in the Ten Miles area.
