CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says the idea of regulating of broadcasting on the internet by the Independent Broadcasting Authority is still a proposal. Recently, Ministry Information and Media PS Thabo Kawana said IBA would soon start regulating podcasts and this was met with widespread criticism from stakeholders.
