FIRST Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Attractor Chisangano has suspended Mambilima PF member of parliament Jean Chisenga for 30 days for calling President Hakainde Hichilema a liar. Muchinga Independent MP Emmanuel Banda wrote a letter of complaint to the Speaker of the National Assembly concerning remarks made by Chisenga towards the President. This was after Chisenga shouted “ba President Ubufi” while he was interacting with MPs after addressing the House recently.
