THE Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) has rejected the removal of NHIMA from the Ministry of Labour to Ministry of Health, saying they were never consulted. But former health minister Chitalu Chilufya has welcomed the move, saying its correct and highly progressive. On Wednesday, Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for administration Christopher Simoonga said government had moved NHIMA back to the Ministry of Health.
