PATRIOTIC FRONT (PF) faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda says the “harassment” of Martin Mbaya by the Drug Enforcement Commission is an attempt to provoke former president Edgar Lungu. And Nakacinda says DEC’s decision to pick Mbaya up while he was in church must be highly condemned. On Sunday, DEC confirmed that it picked up Mbaya, an associate of Lungu, and that they searched his premises, saying his case was just one of the many which were currently being investigated.
