PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he wouldn’t have appointed ministers from Muchinga and Luapula if UPND did not believe in Kenneth Kaunda’s unity. And President Hichilema says in 2005, Kaunda predicted that he would one day become Head of State.
