THE Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested the Executive Director of Brethren in Christ Church Choma Children Development Project (BICC-CCDP) for corrupt practices involving K35,000. In a statement, Thursday, ACC Head of Corporate Communications Timothy Moono stated that Mwaka Chibinga, 43, allegedly received cash gratification of K35,000 as a reward for helping STS Drilling and Exploration Limited win a contract to drill three boreholes for BICC-CCDP, valued at K180,044.
