MINISTER of Water Development and Sanitation Collins Nzovu says government intends to connect most water treatment plants to solar power in the next year or two to address the energy crisis. Speaking on Hot FM breakfast show, Friday, Nzovu observed that all treatment plants were powered by Zesco, leading to many commercial utilities experiencing a lot of energy challenges. “Indeed, energy supply affects pumping.
