FORMER president Edgar Lungu has called for the immediate arrest of those allegedly involved in the abduction of Petauke Central Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda. But State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka has lamented that Lungu is putting his life in danger by commenting on rumours. In a Facebook post, Lungu said it was unfair that Banda’s abductors were still freely moving around. “As your immediate former President, it breaks my heart to see the people JJ mentioned in his abduction walking freely without any warning and caution statement or indeed arrest!
