STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says former president Edgar Lungu must not incite anarchy by indicating that he will use “Plan B” to ascend to power if he is barred from contesting in 2026. Commenting on Lungu’s statement that there was a “Plan B” if he or the PF were not allowed to be candidates in the 2026 elections, Hamasaka said Lungu shouldn’t be talking like he’s in a tavern where there were no rules.
