FORMER president Edgar Lungu says the Energy Regulation Board’s decision to allow Zesco to hike tariffs is inhumane and shameful. On Thursday, ERB approved Zesco’s application for emergency tariffs. But in a statement, Friday, Lungu said the tariff hike would push the cost of living too high for the majority of Zambians.
