SECOND Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Moyo yesterday sent Mpika PF MP Francis Kapyanga out of the House for unruly behaviour. Kapyanga was seen trying to speak through the mic, intending to raise a point of order, an act which was ignored by Speaker Moyo. However, after further attempts to rise on a point of order were also ignored, Kapyanga was heard calling Agriculture Minister Mtolo Phiri, who was responding to a question, a liar.   “Point of order, Mr Speaker,” he said whilst pointing at Mtolo.
