SECRETARY to Cabinet Patrick Kangwa says the reason why officers are afraid of whistleblowing is because the people they report to are the wrongdoers. Kangwa has also warned corrupt Permanent Secretaries and Chief Executive Officers to resign or get fired. He has further reminded government officials that disregarding any circular issued by his office is a dismissible offence. Meanwhile, acting ACC Director General Monica Mwansa says the commission currently has 236 Integrity Committees established in various institutions countrywide.
