THOMAS Sipalo, popularly known as Diffikoti, has resigned from his position as UKA National Youth Chairman, citing lack of direction in the alliance, greed and selfishness, among other reasons. Sipalo, however, says his decision to resign is not because of former president Edgar Lungu’s earlier departure from the alliance to join Tonse. Meanwhile, UKA Chairperson Sakwiba Sikota yesterday dodged the question on Sipalo’s resignation as National Youth Chairperson, saying the alliance was busy celebrating the judgement on one of its members, Saboi Imboela, who was fined K25,000 in a defamation case.
