GOVERNMENT has proposed to increase entry fees to the Victoria Falls for foreign tourists from US$20 to US$40, while for Zambians, from K12 to K50. However, most stakeholders have urged the National Heritage Conservation Commission (NHCC) to consider increasing the fee for Zambians to K25, instead of the proposed K50. Meanwhile, the NHCC has submitted Kalambo Falls to UNESCO for its declaration as a World Heritage Site.
