POLICE in Choma have arrested a 32-year-old man for allegedly defiling his 3-year-old niece. According to Southern Province Commanding Officer Auxensio Daka, the incident occurred on December 27, 2024. “Shampande Police Post under Choma Central Police Station received a report of defilement on 27th December 2024 at 20:00 hours in which a 40-year-old woman of Kachacha Compound in Choma reported that her 3-year-old daughter was defiled by 32-year-old Raymond Habasimbi, also of Kachacha compound, an uncle to the victim.
