UPND Lusaka Province Chairman Obvious Mwaliteta says the ruling party is interested in the Chawama parliamentary seat, arguing that the current PF MP, Tasila Lungu, is an absent leader. Mwaliteta further says his call for the people of Chawama to cut ties with Edgar Lungu’s family had been misinterpreted by many, clarifying that he was calling for a political separation.
