MINISTRY of Justice Permanent Secretary for Legal Affairs Mwenya Bwalya says government is attending to a few recommendations by UN Special Rapporteur Irene Khan by considering the review of the cyber and public gathering bill during this year’s legislative session. And Bwalya says until there is a consensus from the people and their representatives, government cannot initiate a constitutional review process.
